Think twich before booking throught computicket

I bought 6 tickets for Gold Reef City Theme Park for the next day but made a mistake and put that day's date.<br> I phoned Computicket stating my mistake and they just said I was my problem and they couldn't void that ticket and issue me new ones.<br> I then wanted to speak to a manager who they put me on hold for a while just to answer, there is no manager available and that they left at 5. My call was around 6 PM. I then asked if there was no emergency number that they could phone and they asked me sarcastically, wat is the emergency.<br> I will never purchase with them again. I'll rather purchase my tickets from the venue itself.<br> Thx Computicket, you are the best!<br>
