I bought braai bucks for the Fire & Feast expo at Ticketpro Dome for the Sunday. When we arrived I could not redeem the braai bucks because that part of the expo was sold out on the Saturday. I spoke to one of the Computicket ladies who took my details and promised a refund by latest the following Friday, 13 Sep ‘19. To date nothing has been refunded. I dropped them an email last week Friday, 20 Sep ‘19 and have still not had any form of acknowledgment or refund. Computicket, by when can I expect a refund??? Please pay me my money back
