I bought 4 (R720) tickets for the Ringo Concert that was happening in Nelspruit on the weekend of the 5th of July. on the 2nd of July I contacted nedbank for a dispute on that transaction because an issue came and i could no longer attend the concert. Nedbank only contacted me today the 12/08/2019 to tell me i have to contact computicket directly for a refund. When i contacted them they basically told me to my face that i will not be getting my money back. Whether i attended the concert or not. They badically *****ing from me R720. I would understand if they charhing me a fee for disputing but no they decided to keep mu entire R720.00 because they can. Do yourself a favour if there is another platform you can use to purchase tickets where you get a change to change your mind or should life happen you allowed to change your mind use that dnt go to computicket they just glorified *******. And they do not even try to assist they tell you point blank that you basically a fool for trusting them with your business. I want my money bavk charge me a fee if you must but i refuse yo pay R720.00 gor tockets i dd not even use. *******
