THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND ME

I bought seven tickets for Mafikeng family fun day event that was supposed to be on the 28th of September.The event was cancelled and i received an email stating that i will be automatically refunded within 7 working days since i bought the tickets online. After 2 weeks i called them and they stated that they cannot refund me with my permission, so they will log a refund request for me and i will be refunded within another 7 working days ,After 7 working days i called them because i still did not receive my refund, they did not answer my calls so i opted to communicate with emails,they asked for my bank details so that they can make an EFT refund,till this day 24 October 2024 i have not received my refund and they no longer answer my calls
