THEY CANCELLED MY BOOKINGS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND

Booked two bus tickets via the Computicket website, paid by Capitec pay, the bus company has sent proof that the bookings were cancelled by Computicket and computicket keeps saying I must send proof of payments which I have multiple times. I NEED MY REFUND!
