They are running a ticket ****

I bought a ticket online for a one-man show. Firstly, why must the confirmation of payment not come with the tickets attached? Why must they be sent seperately. Secondly, the email with the ticket never arrived until I emailed them (even after I had created an account online, there was no basket with my ticket). Their call centre is non-existent, I had to email and thuka them for a consultant to send me my ticket. They sent it through email which was just weird because why do they have access to my ticket, they could have a copy of it to sell it off. At the stadium the ticket could not scan, so I do not know what they did to the ticket. But I know I will not get a refund, I work hard for my money for it to be ****** like this. Think twice about using their useless service.
