Theft, unprofessional service and disregard for attempts to communicate

I booked my bus ticket online through Computicket and when I wanted to cancel, I was told to contact Eagleliner... I did this and I as promised a refund... Now I'm here with no refund and phones aren't answered, emails ignored.

I think this Intercity Express/Eagleliner has become numb to negative reviews because they are not lifting a finger to improve their service. If you wanna throw away your money, book their buses
