The worst online booking system ever

Im absolutely fuming. I have had tickets FOUR times in my cart for the Ed Sheeran Concert, made it all four times to the very end (payment) only for this system to freeze and crash.

This is pathetic.

Amd not to mention extremely unfair on the customer who makes ebery effort to get thr tickets only to have them gone in an instance.

Ever since this I have been trying and trying and no luck.

Not cool at all.

You need to worl really hard on your operating system because this is extremely unfair to your consumers.
