I would just like a say a HUGE thank you to Pearl and the team at Computicket, we bought a bus ticket for a student (traveling with Translux) for Sunday, long story short, the bus lady said the ticket wasn't paid for and wanted to drop her on the side of the road an hour into the journey, went to the police station and confirmed that the ticket was paid with computicket, she was meant to get to JHB at 16:30, but instead got drop at PTA at 22:00, poor thing was traumatized by all this. We logged a complaint on the Tuesday with both Computicket and Translux, Thank you so much for all the feedback and assistance from Computicket who were not even at fault with all this, but we received calls and e-mail with regards to this, wish they had staff like this at Translux. Thank you so much!
