Terribly unhappy.

We booked a flight through computicked for our honeymoon, on our way back we were informed by the airline we couldnt fly because of Covid, we were stck in Bangkok for 2 months living off of donations. We were told by Etihad that we were going to get a refund of $400 for the tickets, now we have to work through Computicket to get this. I keep getting ignored by Computicket, bo matter how manyemails I send I dont get anything back anymore. This is the worst service Ive ever gotten, they treat their clients very poorly. This was in March of 2020, I havespoken to computicket a few times before they started ignoring me for the second time now, i expect mymoney back regardless of what they say as I was stuck for 2 months in another country which wouldnt have happened if Computicked had stayed on top of the flights that they sell and let us know that that was going to happen.
