Terrible web service

Today I sat refreshing the ticket request screen on Computicket for 40 minutes, from 09:00, when sales opened for the show, only to eventually hear that tickets had sold out in under 2 minutes. No indication, nothing. Just the hope that you can still get through and get a ticket.<br> <br> Worst customer experience ever!
