Terrible service form Computicket

In December I was one of the winners of the return flight ticket anywhere in South Africa, I started the process to book however it has now been 2 months no reply, everytime I call I need to hear there is only one person working with the competition. Now the 28th of February the prize experise with no answer I will lose this ticket this is poor service from Computicket and Checkers really. I am now asking for a voucher for this ticket still no reply. Terrible service.
