Terrible Service

My wife recently bought a bus ticket through Computicket for her mom. Her mom had taken leave to come down an visit us in George. She did the EFT and received a notification that the request had timed out, but the R800 had still been charged to her account. She's been trying unsuccessfully for two days to get them to either refund her or send her the ticket for which she's paid. Her mom was due to get on the bus tomorrow, but because of the incompetence of the Computicket staff, it looks like we'll have to book another ticket using a different service and just accept that we wasted R800. I would not suggest anyone use Computicket for their bookings.
