Terrible online service

In attempting to secure tickets to the Rodriguez concert in January 2016 the online service presented the following issues:<br> 1) Failed to resolve DNS<br> 2) Page crashed.<br> 3) Failed to load venue 5 times<br> 4) Failed 8 times to add selected tickets to basket - Displayed error message without a reason code. <br> <br> Each re-attempt required attempting to reload the page again which would only succeed on every 4/5th attempt. <br> <br> Attempting to call the landline I was informed the lines were too busy to queue.<br> <br> As a result desired seats were missed and I had to settle for seating further back. <br> <br> The entire experience from start to finish indicates a severe lack of resource and load- balancing in the system.
