Suspended Service | ZERO rating

This is actually a ZERO rating. I cancelled a flight ticket on the 31st December 2023 and today is the 26th of March, I have been waiting for this refund for this long and there seems to be no sense of urgency. The agents keep you waiting for over 20 minute on the line and the person who was dealing to this case will promise to get back to me but never will. The only few times I received a response from him was 1 line emails with no tangible information and eventually called on the 14th March to say the refund was requested and logged and that it would reflect on my account in 3-5 working days. I'm still waiting and I've called multiple times and sent a complaint but that also did not help mind you, the value of the refund is R6K+
