Superb service from Nomfundo Buthelezi-Dhlomo

Late last year November 2021 I bought a flight ticket to Cape Town from British Airways ticket sale at King Shaka International Airport Durban for the 4th of January 2022. Due to personal reasons I couldn't travel and I knew way far before my departure date. I called BA call centre which took more than an hour for them to attend to my call to cancel my trip and request a refund and I was advised to contact Computicket sales as my ticket appeared as a computicket ticket sale to their system🙄 “don’t ask me how” the guy by the name of Luvo confirmed that I am eligible for a refund then apologised and explained that he could've helped if I bought the ticket from them “of cause I bought it from them hence he could also pick that up” I then contacted Computicket sales and spoke to their call centre agent who also confirmed that I was eligible for a refund but I should send an email with all the details. The lady by the name of Nomfundo Buthelezi-Dhlomo assisted me with the process of cancellation, she did an amazing job usis wabantu, she kept on updating me on a daily/weekly basis about my refund even went an extra mile to call and update me of the progress. I was not happy with British Airways service and was a bit annoyed of them sending me to Computicket with their ticket but that lady made my cancellation easy.
