Stop associating yourself with ****** or hold them to task.

I booked a Eldo coaches bus ticket for my helper from EL to Durban on computicket website. The bus was supposed to leave at 9.05pm, we waited until 3.20am the following day... The bus had not come. It was very important to make it to Durban, and it was a once off travel.

I contacted computicket on facebook and email, I was advised that since it is after the event I have to contact Eldo Coaches directly. Why is this the case? Why doesnt computicket resolve the issue as a middleman?

upon checking reviews of the bus service I was horrified that, How is Computicket still associating itself with Eldo coaches?

Anyways i just want my refund, and I have made several attempts with Eldo Coaches which were futile. Computicket needs to sort this out please. You cannot be involved when things are good then absolve yourselves when theres trouble.
