'****** My money through their website!!!! No ticket

Their service is shocking. Their site has glitches everytime one books. My money has been taken out of my account and they did not send me a ticket and then tell me that the payment is not reflecting in their acccount even though they can see my bank statement. I am traveling tomorrow morning and they say refunds take 1-24 -48 hours . I want my money back or my ticket. They dont answer their contact centre !!!!! This is the second time in one month
