Stole my money

Absolutely appalled at the non existent service from computicket. My wife and I purchased a shoprite food voucher for a family in need during this lockdown. The money was taken off my account and the voucher never received. We have been back and forth with emails and calls and twitter transactions trying to get this sorted. They wanted a bank statement, account confirmation letters, which we provided, and now they want us to go to the bank and print out a statement and get it stamped then scan it and send it back to them. This is ridiculous. They say they gave a service to help needy people but it’s a complete joke. Unbelievable
