Still waiting for ticket-refund after 3 months!!!!

Three months ago (March 2015) I bought 2 tickets for Heuwels Fantasties, who were suppose to perform at the Bravo Lounge in Mossel Bay. Due to a bouble-booking of sorts on the band's side, the show was cancelled. <br> I had already bought my tickets online. While doing the online purchase Computicket's site crashed. I thought nothing of it as I had the proof that I paid, on my cellphone and my cc statement. I would pick up the tickets the morning before the show. The next day I was informed that the show was cancelled. <br> <br> I phoned Computicket to get a refund, they directed me to our local Checkers in George to get my money back for the purchased tickets. Upon arrival they told me that they are not able to do refunds and I should contact Computicket. <br> <br> I have since emailed them but have had no luck in getting my money back. Surely cc-payments can be refunded by the push of a button and should be done automatically in cases like these. <br> I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY TICKETS TRHOUGH COMPUTICKET. THEY CAN SHOVE IT!
