Still waiting for Refund to reflect back into bank account

<p>I paid for 2 tickets online on the 2nd of Feb. I collected the tickets on the 3rd of Feb at Cresta Shopping Center Computicket. Ticket reference is B4SG7689.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shortly after collecting the tickets, I changed the date on the tickets from the 10th Feb to the 4th of Feb at no additional costs. The lady that was helping me at computicket said I needed to pay for the tickets a second time as the first transaction would be refunded to me in 3-4 working days time. The ticket reference for the 2nd transaction was B4THZ16S.</p> <p> </p> <p>At this point I have waited more than 5 working days and I am worried I will never be paid back this money from Computicket. I have checked my bank statements and notifications and still haven't been paid back the money.</p> <p> </p>
