I'm reaching out about my Soweto derby ticket purchase made 2 days ago. Unfortunately, I haven't received my ticket yet, and based on reviews, it seems unlikely that I will. Given the circumstances, I'd like to request a refund. Can you please assist me with returning my money since I won't be able to attend the event?
