SORRY - NO CHANGE IN DETAILS!

I was just at checkers Willowbridge to by tickets for a show that my Husband & I want to go see.<br> I got married recently and I've changed my details on the website thinking it was linked to the booking system on their side - BIG MISTAKE.<br> After they printed my ticket I saw that my ****en name was on the ticket and I've asked them to change it and they said they are unable to as the tickets already have been printed out and if they have to change my details I have to call Computicket it self and change it and it's going to be a process doing that. Than I asked them why can't they change it here and now and just printed, only then to be told that I even been given the same seats as I've booked and paid for!!!<br> <br> I than call Computicket and the same story! No where on the website it states that one need to call Computicket to change details - really and seriously!! ??? This is like super ridicules.<br> <br> What a mission just to change details!! And to top it off, the lady who \assisted"me wasn't even in the mood to work!"""
