So Very Disappointed With Computicket Guns & Roses Concert

The Guns & Roses concert for us was a disaster. The busses were 1h30m late to arrive to collect us for the park & ride, leaving well after 18:30. Being late already, the bus driver stopped off from Menlyn in Midrand for a smoke break, 3 accidents on the highway made us even later for the concert arriving after it had already started. We arrived in the pitch black at the bus terminus as all the lights in the whole area were out (Not loadshedding, poor maintenance). We battled to find the entrance for the Golden Circle Standing & eventually we were herded like cattle into the stadium through narrow fences in a great hurry. Once in the Golden circle standing area, it was apparent that this area was oversold completely & jam packed to the hilt, we could not get anywhere near where we were supposed to be standing so had to watch from the ramp by the entrance on the extreme left of the screen. After watching two songs from the side we decided to go to get something to eat which was sold form stands just outside the stadium. Just after that we were no longer granted access back into the stadium even with our access bands displayed, so in disgust we had to go home with an Uber taxi which was also a disaster as the Uber taxis could not get anywhere near the stadium & we had to walk for km’s through the streets of Soweto to locate our ride where we felt very uneasy as we were apparently exposed to the ******** elements. A total disaster of an evening indeed. I have now tried on two occasions to cancel my tickets to the Ed Sheran concert as I have also bought the Golden Circle standing & my family does not wish to subject themselves to a repeat humiliation. Two attempts through the call centre has proven fruitless & I was referred back to the Computicket POS where I obtained the tickets in the first place. Computicket in the Kollonade is also refusing to refund the tickets as they do not have the cash on hand & cannot refund to any of my credit cards either. So what do I do now as the Computicket terms & conditions do not permit me to resell my tickets to the public?
