Show cancelled and no refund

Non delivery of services and a bunch of disrespectful *********** employees that work for computicket. Booked a show months in advance and when we arrived it was cancelled and we were never notified. Have been trying to get a refund for more than a week now. Employees of computicket promise to call back but never do. Always an excuse of why my refund has not been paid out. Next step is reporting a case with the consumer goods and services ombud to get computicket to pay me back.
