Shocking service, been trying since April to get a refund on consert tickets for a consert that is no longer gonna happen, that I have on email computicket will refund the whole amount to my fiance but they keep coming back with excuses in the payment of the refund, send an email only receive a response maybe 3 days later if we are lucky,
