Shocking and Pathetic Customer Service

I purchased a ticket in November last year for R 160, and it was debited off my bank account. A few days later the R160 was debited off my bank account again, 3 times in a row! My account was debited 4 times for 1 transaction! I brought this to the attention of computicket and they did not respond to my mails then after sent me a mail saying the ticket was closed! My money has still not been refunded since last year!!! I have many purchases on computicket and I have never experienced this kind of poor customer service. It is shocking that they won’t refund me my own money!!! Pathetic service!!!
