On the 30th April , I purchased on line , a renewal for my motor vehicle

I was given a reference no : B6YZ 3B6T & L6T1 7PH3 , and made payment of R731 at Checkers Lorraine , Port Elizabeth on the same day

Its 3 weeks later , I have NOT received my vehicle licence

Friday , 17th May , I spoke to Fiona at your office , Monday , 20th May , I spoke to Dumi , who advised they will escalate Friday , 24th May , I spoke to Wil , who advised that they are investigating

AND STILL NO ANSWERS , AS TO WHERE MY LICENCE IS ,

Cant drive my car , as the license has expired ! ! ! !
