Terrible, terrible experience (again). Trying to book tickets for AIG 2018. Yesterday your site failed, showing tickets as "sold out" even when they weren't. Today you promised to retry. Now the site simply won't load. Nothing works. How can you not learn? It's the same story every single time you have a popular event, be it AIG or rAge expo or whatever else you want to mention. Right now the app is just in a permanently loading state after I sat in a queue to retry today from 07:30 this morning. Lost my position in the queue about 10 times because of your 504 errors. Thanks, you're excellent (dripping with sarcasm, by the way).

"The ticket you can trust" - yeah whatever. Can't trust you to do anything about your ****py servers, now can I?
