Ripping people off

I bought family tickets for the event ( Vaal Easter Show ) taking place today Monday the 22/04/2019 the thing is it is raining hard now in the Vaal and the event was going to take place in the open field where kids were going to enjoy their jumping castles etc. I have sent an email to Computicket enquiring about the event since well it is raining and we have already bought the tickets? This other guy by the name Edna Moyo rep**** to my email saying they not going to refund us because the event was not cancelled but my question here is how does a parent walk with the kids in the rain? It's either Computicket is going to refund my R200 or re schedule the event.
