Ridiculous cancellation policy

The cancellation policy is ridiculous! 50% cancellation on a ticket 9 days before the actual event is unjustifiable. Computicket needs to review this policy, its a total rip-off when one faces a difficulty and can no longer attend an event and be forced to lose 50%.
