Refusing to refund me.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Kaizer chiefs vs Polokwane city match on friday the 17/04/15 and paid for them when i made the booking online and had to collect them from computicket or shoprite stores. I went to the stadium on the match day on the 22/04/15 and when I wanted to collect the computicket @ the stadium was closed and I had to buy another set of tickets. I called the computicket on the 24/04/15 to get them to refund me for the tickets I did not get as they state on the website that I can get a refund for tickets that have not been printed out and surprise, I cannot get my money back because maybe I did not get the tickets because I could not attend the match.
