Refund was never paid

I bought 2 tickets for Kaizer Chiefs match on the 17th of September, when I had to collect the tickets at the stores the printing machines where not working I tried more than 5 stores and ended up purchasing another tickets at the gate. Now when I request a refund from Computicket they do not want to help me I spoke to the lady called Nombuso. Please assist I do not have money to donate to Computicket
