Refund shortage

On 20th March bought a ticket to PE because I was going to attend a family funeral,the cashier at Shoprite did not advise that she had sold me a joining ticket and not a straight on to PE when I asked her about it she advised me that she had no idea why the flight will only arrive in PE the following day midday as it only took an hour to travel to PE,went to the airport to SAA as I was going to be traveling with them and I was advised that the flight will stop in Jhb before going to PE so meaning that I will have to spend the night at Jhb airport if I did not have accommodation for the night,advised the consultant to cancel the ticket and he then advised that if he makes me another ticket which was way cheaper than the one I had bought at Computicket I will forfeit any remainder of the amount which was R3128.00,called Computicket and requested a refund and they only refunded me R1383.00 and did not receive any explanations as to why I was being refunded that amount,corresponded with Nomfundo to elaborate as to why thy were only refunding me that amount but none of my emails were rep**** to,and am still awaiting an answer to hear where the rest of my money went to but no luck.
