Refund Required for Moja Easter Gospel Festival Tickets with seats that didn't exist at all

Tickets for Computicket booking: B6XCRY37, here are ticket reference which didn't have existing seats number.

I need the Moja Easter Gospel Festival organizers to refund me my money for tickets I bought. I am upset that I went to a show, I paid R900 for and only to find that I do not have the seats and unfortunately no one came to our rescue, we ended up leaving.

I have knees and heals problems so there was no way we would have watched the show on our feet the whole night.

At what I saw, the venues was overbooked, organizers didn't confirm the actual number of seats and their existence. If there was any emergency, I doubt if people would have managed to exist safely.

So for my peace of mind and safety, we left and didn't continue with the show.

All I need is my money back and a formal apology from Computicket and the organizers.
