Refund request not taken serious

I have requested a refund for a ticket a week ago from computicket and till date there is no feedback. The feedback I'm receiving are telling me to wait longer even though I encountered an inconvenience of having to pay the same amount for entrance on the night of the event. This is the worst service I've encountered from them.
