REFUND REFUND!!!!

I bought a ticket on the 7 March 2022 14:50 by EFT and the results came back as unsuccessful and I tried again and the same result came back so they deducted R960 * 2 of which I didnt receive anything references about my booking and I called immediately and they said TAT is 24 to 48HRS the ticket was for an emergency of which I ended up paying another money at Intercape Directly of which I had to pay again.
