refund policy

I bought ticket 2 weeks ago to watch Bianca Del Rio August 9th however due to unforeseen circumstance I can not attend I went to the Money market at Checker Tokai to find out that I can not retain a refund at all. I find it ridiculous that you can only get a refunded provided that there is death or if you were hospitalized. People book in advance to get a seat, however surely there should be policy on getting your money back if something came up. Apparently you have to do your refund 7days before the actually event which I find stupid as it didn't take you 7 days to take my money from my bank card. I will never do any form of booking with Computicket in the future as R1000 can be nothing to as business however it is a lot for a consumer
