Refund of a cancelled event

Extremely poor service, been struggling to get refund of a cancelled event. Spoke to Bongiwe Mhlongo and she did nothing about the matter, again spoke to Zama who hung up on me because they're not allowed to be on a call for longer than 10 min. Please help me get my refund!!!
