Refund not done - I want my money

<p>I purchased tickets from computicket Kollonade for Shaolin. I then changed the date of the show and had to pay for my tickets again. They then said they would refund me for the first purchase.. All of this happened 30/06/2016 and today is 12/07/2016 and I still have not received my refund.</p> <p>What is the problem here?</p> <p>I am seriously getting irritated and I want my refund!!</p> <p>This is really terrible service!!</p> <p> </p>
