Refund | Misleading advertising & communication

This company is such a joke. Their website gives false advertising. How can a simple refund which is supposed to be processed within 3-5 working days as per their "supposed rules" take a whole month. I am tired of listening to the lies their call centre people are saying. All they know is to put someone on hold over and over as if they are helping _zero professionalism, zero empathy, full of incompetency, non receptive.
