Refund issues-********

I am so disappoint, it been 2 weeks of me sending emails, calling with no customer service help from computicket I have not yet received my refund due to a postponed event which I will not be able to attend. Worse part is that the organisers are telling me its my responsibility to follow up on my refund, you will not get help from customer service (unanswered call), no reply to emails at this poit i take them ********
