Refund for Kaizer Chiefs CAF match

I'm very disappointed with the Computicket office with regards to how the refunds for the Saturday 27 Februrary 2016 @ 19h30 match was handled. All I can say is that when the news went out that spectators had the option to watch the match on Sunday that was supposed to have been rescheduled for a time that was not mentioned in the text messages for refunds. I decided to go for the refund option and this is where the problem began with the continuous calls from the Checkers cashiers who did their best to reach the Computicket offices but there was no response on Sunday before the 13h00 refund deadline. <br> <br> After numerous attempts to reach Computicket the Checkers ladies had to handle the refund for my ticket as they would any Checkers product as opposed to resolving the issue with Computicket because they were the company that should have been handling the refunds in the first place.<br> <br> I congratulate the ladies at the Checkers store for doing a great job under very difficult circumstances. I even tried to call Computicket without realising that Sunday was their day off. Maybe the company has religious or other commitments on Sunday. They only had a voice message on the line.
