Refund for bus ticket that was cancelled but paid for

Computicket does not even deserve the 1 star, I booked a bus ticket online on the 16/02/2024 and I got a confirmation email to my surprise when I got to the bus terminal on the 20/03/2024 my ticket could not be picked up and I was told my ticket was cancelled because I did not make payment and I had to buy new tickets. I’ve been contacting them since the 21/03/2024 and forwarding my proof of payment on all their communication platforms to no avail till this day I have not received my money back. I will never use them again
