Refund denied due to their incompetence.

I bought 5 tickets for Impi Inter Fest and the event was cancelled yesterday. I immediately requested a refund at 18:16 since I didn't wish to wait for a different date.

They attended to my request today only to tell me that the tickets are non refundable because the cut off time to request a refund was yesterday.

It is not my fault that they only attended to my request today at 11:00am while the request was sent yesterday at 18:16.

They are a ****. I don't even stay in KZN hence I didn't wish to wait for a different date. I want my money back. I shouldn't be ****med because of their incompetence
