Refund

Don’t ever book a bus with Checkers through Computicket, they issued us with a ticket at Checkers on the day of travelling we only found out the ticket was invalid and cancelled we had to purchase another ticket and wait for the last bus which was going to arrive 2hours 30minutes later.

We went for a refund at the same Checkers we booked with (Checkers Mall@55) they told us they are only a third party and we should consult with Computicket, which doesn’t make sense to anyone really, after calls and calls with checkers Computicket finally sent an email, that was on the 11 of January and no refund till today.

Their refund process is also hideous with stupid ass requirements. The bus ticket was for my minor cousin so instead they wanted his mothers bank account details instead of my banking details as I was the one who made the payment using my card and the explanation for that nonsense requirement is still not understandable.

Still waiting on my money though.
