good morning i have a query regarding the compucticket i bought for the thembisa jazz festival .i went to almost 4 shops for my print out they had technical issues which let me to not attending the event i enquired with the compucticket they promised i will be refunded asked for my account details but they never refunded the money as they promised . this the reference B58C***4
