Refund

I bought tickets online and I was double debited, been trying to get my refund for days to no success, today when I called computicket I was told to go get my refund at either Shoprite or checkers , I have been standing at Shoprite for the past 2 hours to just get my R1200 from computicket…see me buy tickets online ,kill me shame, not anymore 😭😭😭😭😭
