Refund

I bought a return ticket from Cape Town to East London(***)on 31/08/22)at Shoprite in Langa Cape Town,the cashier(Zanele Bili)at Shoprite made an error,she booked the wrong return date(***)but the time are the same.I realised the return dates are wrong when I was about to board the bus,I was told my bus left on the 02/08/22) I had to buy a new ticket,Computicket doesn't want to refund my money for the error that their employee made,I went to SHOPRITE amd I was assisted by store Manager Odwa Kani he also reiterated the same message that was conveyed by Computicket.My reference No B5GX26S2.
