Refund

I bought APM bus ticket via Computicket for the 8 January 2024 from Plettenberg Bay to East London at 3:00 am. But the bus never arrived I contacted APM with no help available. Contacted Computicket they refered me to the bus Company. I saw that it was getting late so I booked another bus. I requested for a refund from APM but there was no response from them, so I requested a refund from Computicket but till today there's no way forward. I'm not sure what to do with this pathetic service because all I want is my money back. Please help!
